2) The non-profit foundation will have carefully designed bylaws to accomplish specific purposes. The foundation will have five named beneficiaries: the corporation's employees, its management, the customers, the environment, and the remaining stockholders.
Fear sells. The more the fear the easier the sell. And the less likely that the public will question what the politicians are selling. Then there is the underground crime that takes in hundreds of billions of dollars every year. Using Chaos, war and disinformation to confuse, misinform, misdirect and destroy, to distract, destabilize delude. Parasitic, vampires stealing life liberty and everything, including that which is nailed down.
That's how light replaces dark and how order replaces confusion. Too Big to Fail For example, what if the top fifty highest paid executives had to forfeit all profits and assets equaling their compensation for the length of time that they were employed by the company with a maximum of five years. All assets transferred by an executive within the time of employment shall carry a five year liability for the executives actions A second example: Suppose that any company that takes government bailout money, the fifty highest paid employees of that company were required to put all their assets in trust with no access to those assets and for one year, work for the company at the lowest pay rate that any company employee received one year prior to the day that the bail out was first requested. They could be denied all executive benefits and perks, and violators get to become building janitors for the next year. 88888888*************************************
Life is filled with unprovable stories/beliefs about all kinds of things. Many of these stories are very old. They've been handed down to us, generation after generation for hundreds, or even thousands of years. People commonly accept beliefs as true because that's what their parents taught them and because most of their family and friends also believe them. Relatively few people have test their beliefs against the presently available evidence. As a result, many of the fundamental underpinnings of life are actually quite different from what we believe them to be. The most significant of these beliefs are related to religion, theology, and the Source of All that we call God. Some of the most widely believed stories are examined on our web pages.
There are no magic bullets and no elixirs of for change. Fortunately, we now have a dynamic, political leaders who is committed to rebuilding America. The people are clearly calling for and demanding the rebuilding of America. The only real questions left are about how to accomplish this task as quickly as possible and to do so with grace and ease, with the least cost, that cost being measured in terms of
The Peaceful Revolution is being spearheaded by those of us who are already focused on creating positive, peaceful changes. We are leading the way for those who, up to now, have been busy with and focused on other areas of life.
We cannot succeed at solving any of our problems if we look at each one as an isolated problem, distinct and separate form the other major social, political, economic and environmental issues that face us. The evidence indicates that we cannot slice a the world apart into manageable pieces to be dealt with individually. The economic crisis, environmental destruction, Poverty, Crime, Overpopulation, and several other are of major concern are all part of a unified whole in which individual pieces cannot be mixed and matched and mended separately. We cannot focus on only one issue and ignore all others.
Every problem from global warming to hunger and poverty must be examined, addressed, and resolved within the context of providing the greatest, long-term good for the greatest number of people at the lowest costs. Costs are far more than money. We also need to minimize the number of lives lost, reduce grief and misery as much as possible, maximize individual freedom, and consume the least amount of money, time, effort, and resources? The resolution must: 1) actually solve or significantly reduce the problem, 2) it must be sustainable, and 3) it must be environmentally sound. As you well know, humanity is facing some very serious problems,. problems that threaten the very foundation of human life on planet Earth. We cannot solve these problems unless we, first, acknowledge that they exist, second, know the accurate facts regarding them, and third, take action that will actually resolve them. We need to look at what the evidence tells us about all of our major problems, within the broad context mentioned above. We need to look for and find the most practical, and workable steps to resolve them within our environmental, social, economic, political, and personal contexts. We need to consider the effect of our actions, globally, locally, and personally. Lets look at the context and the evidence that will need to be considered in order to resolve the abortion controversy.
